Shipping Policy

Ocean World ships using United Parcel Service (UPS) as well as United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship from Crescent City, California.

Return Policy

Ocean World has a no-hassle return policy. No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 30 days of ship date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable). Damaged or missing goods will be deducted from the refund total. In order for returns to be processed, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
